Weight loss: Personal stories

As you begin a weight loss program, it's helpful to hear how other people overcame hurdles and were successful in meeting their goals. The following stories give two examples of how a weight-loss plan can be carried out. In addition to reading these stories, ask friends and family to support you in your weight-loss goals, and maybe you'll even find someone willing to lose weight with you!
