Symptoms of pulmonary hypertension

Signs and symptoms can often be obscured by underlying conditions. Pulmonary hypertension typically presents with breathing difficulty, dull chest pain, fatigue, and abnormal heart sounds. Prognosis depends largely on the course of any underlying conditions.
