Step 12: You and your doctor are a team

As you work toward managing your allergies, continue ongoing communication with your doctor. Make sure you understand what your treatment options are. If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask them!

Keep a symptom diary, or at least try to remember when your allergies get worse. Together, you and your doctor can determine what works.

With a little effort, you CAN manage your allergies!
