Allergies are extremely common. Allergy-related symptoms can be caused by just about any substance that you inhale or swallow, or one that touches your skin. Some people know which things in the environment cause their symptoms, and they know how to control their allergies.
Other people aren't sure what is making them miserable, and their allergies are significantly affecting their lives.
This HRA will help you assess whether you have taken the right steps to control your allergy symptoms.
(Note: Although this HRA refers to "you" in the questions, some questions are aimed at children's allergies.)
